Standard delivery
Our standard delivery charge is £3.95. We try to deliver all stock products within 7 working days. However, we can on occasions see unexpectedly high levels of demand for certain products and if the item you require is out of stock we will advise you. We normally restock all within a 28 day period.

Special delivery
We can provide next day delivery in the UK at a cost of £7.95 per order. These will be delivered by 2pm the following day and will need to be signed for. Orders need to be placed before 2pm to enable us to despatch that day.

International delivery
We are pleased to arrange delivery outside the UK at a cost of £7.95 per order. Please allow 21 days for delivery.

We are confident that this is the finest cashmere on the market at the very best price. If, for any reason, you are not delighted with your purchase, return it to us unworn within 21 days, using the free returns label. We will exchange it or send a refund without delay. We recommend you use an insured delivery service. Refunds require return of free gift items if they were offered as part of the promotion.
