In line with every other business, Cashmere Centre is monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely and continuing to follow government guidelines.
Our number one priority, as always, is the well-being of our customers and staff. However with a few sensible changes implemented this end it’s business as usual.
We would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to minimise risk and disruption. Our measures mean that we are able to operate as normal, orders are being taken and product is being shipped out to customers.
Hopefully by now you have our latest catalogue to browse through (if you don’t give us a call or email). Our phone team are working from home and will be more than happy to take your order (and as usual have a chat!).
We are ensuring all worksurfaces in our office and warehouse are sanitised, staff are kept as far apart as possible, face coverings are worn and hand washing guidelines are strictly followed. In addition Royal Mail have advised us that if an item is unable to pass through your letterbox, they will place it at your door then step aside whilst you retrieve it.
They will not be handing over hand-held devices to capture signatures, instead they will simply log the name of the person accepting the item.
We thank you for your continued support at this difficult time. Hopefully by following the guidelines, staying safe and with no small measure of good old fashioned British spirit, we will get through this together!
