We are all under the same roof right through from design and management to the telephone team and dispatch. We talk daily to our customers and in doing so listen and learn from your feedback. These comments are often the catalysts to new design ideas and improvements and result in our unique designs and products which you won’t find elsewhere.
All of our staff have detailed knowledge of cashmere as a fibre and of course all of our styles and colours so are more than happy to help with any questions you may have. We can even get the garment itself off the shelf to describe to you or send a picture. We can send our items as gifts to your friends and family if you wish and include hand written personalised messages if required. If any item is out of stock for any reason we will always advise you that this is the case and let you know when it will arrive with you.
