Returns and Refunds
EXCHANGE, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
At The Cashmere Centre Ltd we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may wish to change your mind.
If you need to return an unused item you can do so within 90 days for an exchange or refund as required by using the pre-paid return postage label enclosed with your parcel. We will refund the monetary value of the items returned to us, at the price you purchased them, but not the delivery charges.
The goods must be returned in the same condition as received and if possible with all original packaging. The Cashmere Centre Ltd reserves the rights to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged, worn or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you are returning an item please use the pre-paid return postage label enclosed with your parcel, or use the button below to download and print a pre-paid label.
Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances:
- The original account details have expired
- The original account no longer exists
We aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 7 working days. Some banks take a few days to process the credit to your account.
Please enclose the dispatch note inside the parcel giving the reason for the return, stating whether you require a refund or exchange. Pack the parcel securely reusing the original packaging if possible. Return the package to The Cashmere Centre Ltd via the Post Office using the Royal Mail Tracked Returns service, attaching the pre-paid label enclosed with your order to the parcel (or print the label below). Please obtain a 'Proof of Posting Certificate' from the Post Office.
